Fun at April's Conservative Fireside Chat

The Lawrence’s hosted a Conservative Fireside Chat social event on the evening April 23rd at their Hurdle Mills farm in the Flat River precinct. The weather was dry and the evening air was cool, but everyone kept warm by the roaring fire. Kathy’s meatballs and deviled eggs were in high-demand and folks enjoyed getting to see the horses and get to know Wilbur, the family’s pig.

This grass-roots activity was an opportunity to meet new folks and have engaging discussion regarding relevant Person County topics. Likewise, the event was a chance to encourage our like-minded conservative friends and neighbors to join in our club and get involved.

Watch for calendar entries for upcoming events to be posted so you can mark your calendars for the next social event. Email notices will also be distributed in advance. Those residing in the Flat River precinct, feel free to drop a line to your precinct Chair, Ken Lawrence ([email protected]) for more information about what the Person County GOP is up to and how to get engaged.
